# Stacey Vetzal

So, I've been hanging around the web for a while. These days I'm an Agile Technical Practices Coach for hire. For 18 years I've run a software consultancy called Mojility Inc., where we practiced agile and lean development internally while delivering custom work for a wide array of businesses. I built Mojility on agile values and created an apprenticeship program that made bringing staff in easy.

These days I do Technical Practices coaching, and travel far too much.

I've worked in a wide variety of environments, with a wide variety of tools. I believe in people over tools and processes. Since 2000 I have strived to find better ways of writing software, and organizing people to write better software.

I'm looking forward to collaborating with some smart like-minded people on Shape My Work.
