I've been working in software development since 2000 and over the years I've often been part of remote and distributed Agile teams from XP to Scrum as a developer, team lead, Scrum master or PO.

I tend to pour my heart and soul into my work and right now I'm looking for a new organization to do that that, especially in these times where companies are suddenly being remote without much experience in that front.
